We hope that you enjoyed and had a Ludyliciously Good day with your order. Here are some additional information regarding your purchase.

 

Returns

All products purchased through this website CANNOT BE RETURNED.  Your orders go through a quality assurance process to ensure that you will get the items in good condition when it leaves our facility. 

 

Damages

Since we do not allow return of any purchased product, we may however give you a total amount of Php 500.00 as refund on your purchase for damage(s) due to handling and delivery after investigation of the incident by the courier/logistics company.

For bulk orders (orders amounting to Php 3,700.00 and up) as well as retail orders, please send images of the actual package received and the problem/damage sustained by the product along with all your order details to clientcare@iloveludys.com

 

Refunds

  1. Send an email regarding your concern or request for refund within 48 hours of receipt via email at clientcare@iloveludys.com. If report has been past the 48 hours countdown, request for refund will no longer be entertained.
  2. Include your order number, order confirmation and image(s) of the damage to support your refund request.

    We will let you know via email should the product need to be inspected further and we request that you send the package back to the factory address at 2451 Lakandula Street, Barangay 65, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1300. You will be responsible for the shipping cost, however, if complaint has been found valid then this too shall be included in your refund.

 

Approved Refunds

Once we receive your email, we shall begin our investigation and evaluation. Again, only products with manufacturer defect (if applicable) or products that sustained damage due to handling/shipping shall be refunded. You will be notified via email if your request has been granted as well as when your money is on its way back to your account.

 

Claiming Refunds

Your request will be processed within 5 business days upon approval of your refund. Your refund shall be credited back to your choice account – e-wallet or bank account.

 

Note: the original shipping fee is non-refundable
